Being raised in Snohomish County in the beautiful state of Washington by a Professional Land Surveyor Kendall Willis, the owner & manager of Ferox Development started working in the Surveying field during his summers at the young age of 13. Performing field surveys with his Father and has never looked back since.
During his 10+ years in the Surveying & development industry, Kendall has had the fortune to work in a managing capacity for 1000+ Residential, Commerical & Industrial land surveys ranging from one-line boundary surveys to performing multi-month topographic mapping of a 200-acre heavily forested property destined for residential development.
Kendall also has enjoyed the opportunity to manage the creation of 300+ Residential units ranging from - raising a turn-of-the-century cabin above a rivers flood plain, to construction layout for a 14-story mixed-use complex in the heart of Ballard, Seattle.
Being a licensed Real Estate Broker since the age of 18 and having a “healthy” obsession with Real Estate & Land Development. Kendall has also had the opportunity to design & manage his own land use projects and has also worked on the marketing side of Real Estate in the residential home selling & buying process.
